Search for Data

Eliminate the time-consuming act of searching through invoices with the “find invoice” option.

This enables you to locate a specific invoice even if you only have very little information about it.
Input all the information that you do have in the columns, such as invoice, date, customer and article text, then simply click search.
A list of invoices that contain the information that you supplied will appear.

The more information you put in the more refined your search results will be.

A From Date to a To Date to delimit the possibilities

A customer no if you have it

A customer name or part of it.

An article no

An article text or part of it.

When pressing ‘Search’ you get a line for each match. In other words: If you have made an article text where a serial number of a bike is written, and you search for this serial number, you will see the invoice in the list.
