Manage your Inventory
The edit article menu allows you to edit or insert new article data including: article number, group number and article text or description.
With this feature you will also be able to put in the cost price of the item and your desired profit.
Subsequently, the program will calculate a sales price for you so you don’t need to go through the trouble.
The edit article menu also allows you record the amount of stock you have available.
Guide
Article main window
Article no.
Alfanummeric, up to 15 digits. This must be a unique number.
Group no.
Makes it possible to work on groups of articles, ex. print statistics for a specific group.
Article text
Up to 196 digit text. May span many lines.

This is a taxfree article.
Cost price
What you pay for it
Desired profit
How much you want in profit (%)
Sales price
What it shoule cost / what you want it to cost.
Key in Cost price + Desired profit and the program calculates the Sales price.

Key in Cost price + Sales price and the program calculates the Desired profit.

Unit
Select what unit to sell this article in. Missing units may be configured in Setup / Configure All-Round Invoice.
Without unitprice at 1 pcs
When selected, unit and unitprice is suppressed when selling 1 pcs.
In stock
How many are in stock right now.
Minimum in stock
How small a stock are allowed ?
You may print a report of the articles where ‘In stock’ are at or below ‘Minimum in stock’.
Only positive stock
Dont count below zero.
Place on stock
Write where you find the article. Info only.
The tab ‘Supplier of this article’
Info about the supplier. This will be printed on the list of articles where ‘In stock’ are at or below ‘Minimum in stock’.
The tab ‘Notes to this article’
This is a note field for info only. It is not being printed anywhere.
Article Group
Article groups are maintained in Browse / Browse Article Groups.
you can group the articles in logical article groups. When doing so, you can use the article group to
Sort the articles when showing then.
Only show articles from a single article group.
Only print statistics for a single article group.
Raise or Lower the price for all articles in a single article group.
