Direct Mail
The direct mail option allows you to send emails directly to your clients and keep record of their contact information.
You will be able to send between one and 1,000 mails at a time.
The direct mail program will automatically insert the selected clients’ names on each of their individual emails, thus saving you a vast amount of time and effort.
All you need to do is type one initial email, insert the email title and select the clients that you wish to send it to.

Direct mail main screen
When creating a Customer, you can write the customers Email address, and select ‘This customer wants direct mail’. This enables direct mail to this customer.
In ‘Reports –> Send direct mail’ you have this screen:
When pressing ‘Call Email Client’ the program will call your Email client with the correct title. Your name and email will be used as ‘Send To’ and a complete list of all the customers will be written in BCC. You now write your mail and send it.
About Maintaining Email addresses
Press ‘Maintain Email addresses’ to see a list of whom to send to.
The list is empty as default. When you press ‘Update Email address from Customer table’ all customers With an Email address and With the selection ‘This customer wants direct mail’ will now be in the list.
You may add extra mail addresses to the list.
